By using our services or purchasing a product through this server or any affiliated platform (such as SellApp), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for using our digital services, which include (but are not limited to):

  • Discord Server Boosts

  • Token Sales

  • Automation Tools

  • Custom Scripts and Bots

  • Any other digital goods or consulting services provided through this server

These terms apply to all transactions, whether conducted through Discord, SellApp, or another authorized platform. You are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before any engagement or purchase.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required by Discord.

  • Have permission from a parent or guardian if under the legal age of majority.

  • Not be banned or blacklisted from our services.

By verifying in the server or purchasing from us, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Payment & Transactions

  • All transactions are final unless the issue is on our side and has been acknowledged.

  • We accept payments via SellApp or any other listed, secure platforms.

  • Chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals without contacting us first will result in:

    • Permanent blacklist from all current and future services.

    • Immediate invalidation of any purchased product or license.

    • A dispute filed with relevant platforms, including SellApp and PayPal.

  • No refunds will be issued unless the product or service is proven defective or non-functional due to our error, and this is supported by clear evidence from the buyer.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue a service at any time, without notice. Renewal pricing will be at the rate active at the time of renewal.

4. Service-Specific Policies

4.1 Discord Boosts

  • You are entitled to report any revoked boosts within 24 hours of the purchase.

  • If you fail to report issues within this window, you waive your right to a replacement or compensation.

  • Boosts revoked due to user-side changes (e.g., unboosting, account deactivation) are not our responsibility.

4.2 Tokens

  • Token replacements can only be requested within 24 hours of purchase if revoked.

  • Revoked tokens reported after this time frame will not be replaced.

  • You must provide proof of token malfunction or revocation.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

  • Due to the non-tangible nature of our digital goods, we do not offer refunds unless a product is proven defective through no fault of the buyer.

  • All refund or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Buyers must provide clear and valid evidence when reporting a problem.

  • Misuse or modification of our products voids any refund or replacement eligibility.

6. Support & Dispute Resolution

  • For any issues, contact us through our official Discord support ticket system or listed support channels.

  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

  • Filing a public complaint or dispute without giving us a chance to resolve the issue first violates these terms.

7. Accountability and Use

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the products or services provided.

  • You must not resell, redistribute, or claim our products as your own.

  • Sharing paid resources with others is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban and product invalidation.

We are not liable for how our products are used. Any actions that violate Discord’s policies may result in action from Discord itself, for which we are not responsible.

9. Blacklisting

We reserve the right to blacklist any user for:

  • Attempted chargebacks or fraudulent activity

  • Terms of Service violations

  • Abuse of services, staff, or platform features

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or steal code

10. Changes to This TOS

This Terms of Service document can be updated at any time, with or without notice.

  • It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

  • Continued use of our services following a change means you accept and agree to the revised terms.

11. Acknowledgement

By verifying in our server, purchasing from us, or continuing to use our services, you fully acknowledge and agree to this Terms of Service.
